Recycling in Chicago has some major drama surrounding it.  First, there was the Blue Bag system, announced to great fan fare.  Then, there was the Blue Bag scandal when it was reported that most of our blue bags went directly to the dump.

Well, recycling is having a comeback, and Chicago is finally recycling like everyone else:  with blue bins!  No more buying bags; recycling is free!  You can find the bins in your alley and in the park.  Use ‘em.  Love ‘em.
