A coupon came in the mail for the New Balance store.  I’ve been in the market for new 992s in cool gray for months.  Before buying my third pair (I love these shoes), my chiropractor checked out my feet AND the shoes.  I spend a lot of time in my tennis shoes, so it’s important that they’re right for my feet.

After some online price research, I headed to the New Balance store.  The shoes were $140, tax not included.  I asked if the store could match the lowest price online.  The salesclerk couldn’t match the price, but offered 10% off, instead of the coupon, for a bigger savings.
