Apartment Referral Bonus
My apartment building is offering a $500 bonus for referring a friend before January 1st. The referral bonus used to be $100. They raised it to $250 this summer (and the manager told me they were having trouble renting apartments). Now, it's $500. Over the span of 12 months, that would be $41/mo off. When it's time to renew my lease, I think I'll bring that up.
