Donations as Christmas Gifts
One of my aunts is very involved with World Impact, so in lieu of a Christmas gift, this year I donated toward the empowerment training they offer in her community. It was a surprise, and she was THRILLED. Not only did I fulfill an item on my gift list, I did it while making progress toward my charity goal, and it was tax deductible.
Killed a lot of birds with that stone, and felt good about it to boot.
