I Loved Move-tastic!

I used Movetastic! this summer for my move from the studio to the 1-bed (yay!) here in Chicago.  I found them on Yelp, where they have the world's highest rating, and used the website for the estimate without issue.  Movetastic! thought my move would cost around $400-$500, well within my budget for hiring movers.

Here's what was awesome about the process:
  • I was told they would call before they arrived, and they DID.
  • They were on time.
  • They were totally prepared with blankets, wrap, etc.
  • They were polite and handled my things carefully and professionally.
  • They drove straight from the previous apartment to the new apartment without taking a break.  I read reviews of other companies where the movers disappeared for an hour between apartments.
  • From start to finish took a little over HALF the time I was quoted, so I was only charged $300 (and gave them $50 for tip)!  Woo hoo!
I really can't recommend them highly enough.  Hubs and I will definitely use them for our next move... although, (ugh!) I can't fathom the hideousness of UNpacking, the worst part of moving, for at least two years, hopefully three.
